1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Chest's web app and Telegram bot (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Non-custodial

Chest is non-custodial. You are responsible for your wallets and private keys. Transactions executed through Chest occur on the Solana blockchain and are irreversible.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement and not barred from using the Service under applicable laws.

4. Use of the Service

• Do not use the Service for illegal activity, spam, or abuse.
• You acknowledge on-chain actions are public and final.
• We may rate-limit or suspend accounts to protect the Service.

5. Fees

Network fees (e.g., Solana transaction fees) apply. We may charge a protocol or service fee for certain executions. Any fees will be disclosed in the app or bot.

6. No warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uptime, security of third-party services, or price performance of any assets.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF FUNDS OR DATA.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates with wallets, Solana RPC providers, and Telegram. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
